NOTICE

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. 48-8-244, the Atkinson County Board of Elections & Registration, as Superintendent of Elections for Atkinson County, Georgia, hereby provides notice that there will be a Special District Sales and Use Tax Election held with the statewide general election primary on Tuesday, July 31, 2012. The purpose of the TSPLOST referendum is for transportation project and programs for a period of ten years.
