On or about January 13, 2013, James Fayette, in an answer and counterclaim filed in Case #11 V 731, filed a eclaration of Necessity seeking to condemn a right of way over property owned by Karen Baggett. This notice is pursuant to O.C.G.A. 44-9-41 which states, he advertisement shall describe the easement to be condemned as set forth in the petition and the owner or owners of the property so far as the same are known. 1. The easement to be condemned is a 30 ft. x 1547 ft. easement originating at the intersection of Karen Drive and Stanfill Road and consists of aren Drive as it is shown on a plat of survey for Karen Baggett dated October 9, 2001, and recorded in Plat Book 37 at Page 180, Land Records of Grady County, Georgia.
Said property being more fully described in a deed recorded in Book 704 Page 363 Land Records of Grady County, Georgia.
2. The owner(s) of the property to be condemned is Karen Baggett so far as the same are known.
