Position Description: Wayne County is accepting applications for a Communications Officer. Applicants must meet the following criteria: Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent Be at least 21 years of age Have no criminal record Have typing skills and a basic knowledge of computers

Be able to communicate information received Be a Certified Terminal Operator or be able to successfully complete the Georgia Crime Information Center Operator Certification requirements, and Be able to successfully complete and pass POST Communications Officers Course Applications are available at the Department of Labor between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. All applications should be returned to the Department of Labor Office no later than March 6, 2013.
