NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING FOR A PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION AND DEMOLITION RECYCLING RECOVERY FACILITY ON GORDON HIGHWAY Mr. Preston Tutt, President of Tutt Construction Inc., has made application to Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division (EPD) for a Solid Waste Handling Permit to operate a Construction and Demolition Processing Facility at 3165 Gordon Hwy., Grovetown GA. The site is at the intersection of Parham Rd and Gordon Hwy. A condition for completing review of the application by EPD is a determination of consistency with the Columbia County, City of Grovetown & Harlem Joint Solid Waste Management Plan. A Public Hearing to gather input to make this determination will be held Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at 9:00AM in the auditorium at the Columbia County Government Center, 630 Ronald Reagan Dr, Evans Georgia.
