NOTICE OF CORPORATE DISSOLUTION

In accordance with the provisions of O.C.G.A.14-2-1403 notice is hereby given that the corporation formed under the laws of the state of Georgia by Gregory Pope and Jeffrey Bramlett doing business under the name of Bramlett & Pope with its principal business address at 789 Pope Lane, Douglas, GA, has been dissolved as of February 29,2012.

1. All claims against the assets of Bramlett & Pope must be made in writing and include the claim amount, basis and origination date.

2. The deadline for submitting claims is September 30, 2012.

3. Any claims that are not received b the corporation prior to the date set forth above will not be recognized.
