TO: WAVERLY HALL MOTOR CO., INC., REGIONS BANK (INC)(ALABAMA), and all heirs known and unknown, and any and all persons claiming title under them and any and all persons claiming an interest in and to the following described property.
TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property, to-wit:

All that tract, or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 272 of the 17th Land District of Harris County, Georgia, in the City of Waverly Hall, and being identified as "Ray 0.42 ac", according to that plat of survey entitled "Plat of the Property of Waverly Hall Farm and Tractor, Inc" prepared by Hugh P. Riley, Registered Land Surveyor dated February 19, 1990, revised January 27, 1995, as recorded in Plat Book 20 at Page 70 of the Harris County, Georgia deed records, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes. Said tract is shown to contain 0.42 acres, more or less, according to the referenced plat.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 21st day of December 2012 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
