TAKE NOTICE THAT:

The right to redeem the following described property, to-wit:

All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in portions of Land Lots 65 and 66 in the 9th Land District of Telfair County, Georgia, containing 1.5 acres, more or less, being shown and delineated as the whole of Lot 25 in Harmony Lake Estates, Phase III, in that certain plat of survey by Grady Boney, Central South Surveying, RLS #2460, dated January 12, 2006, which plat is recorded in Plat Book 10, page 257, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Telfair County, Georgia, and is by reference incorporated herein; identified as Map and Parcel #32A-63A in the Office of the Telfair County Tax Assessor;

will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 2nd day of February, 2013.

The tax deed to which this Notice relates is dated the October 4, 2011, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Telfair County, Georgia in Deed Book 16F, page 255.

The property may be redeemed at any time before the 2nd day of February, 2013, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to Lee Cannon, Attorney at Law, 30 E. Martin Luther King Boulevard, Post Office Box 270, McRae, Georgia 31055.
