CURRENCY on JUNE 22, 2012 at 3178 MCCLADDIE DR, COLUMBIA CO, APPLING, GA 30802 by members of the COLUMBIA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE. Said property should be forfeited because: it was used or intended for use or available for use to facilitate a violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act and/or it was found in close proximity to controlled substances or marijuana or other property subject to forfeiture under the provisions of O.C.G.A. ¤16-13-49.
