TAX FORECLOSURE

A Petition for Judicial In

Rem Tax Foreclosure

has been filed in the Superior

Court of Baldwin

County, Georgia, in accordance

with O.C.G.A.

48-4-75 et seq, and the

Baldwin County Resolution

dated July 15, 2003,

by Cathy Freeman Settle

in her official capacity as

Tax Commissioner of

Baldwin County.

owner of the real

property known as tax

parcel 101A-093A, 202

Sinclair Marina Road,

and described as follows:

All that tract or parcel

of land lying and being

in the 318th GMD, Baldwin

County, Georgia,

being Lot 24 of a

re-subdivision of Lots

426 to 452 and Lots

458-484 inclusive, of

the Lake Sinclair Subdivision,

as shown on a

survey thereof dated

July 30, 1966, prepared

by Henry G. Jarrard,

RLS No. 1182, recorded

in Deed Book 75, page

164, Baldwin County

Superior Court Clerk

records, which said plat

is incorporated herein

for all purposes.

This is the same property

conveyed from Regions

Bank to Katherine

E. Tomaszewski by

a Special Warranty

Deed, dated July 18,

2006, and recorded in

Deed Book 840, page

22, Clerk Office, Baldwin

Superior Court.

There is a 1999 Bellcrest

Wisteria I Manufactured

Home, Serial

No. GBHMM32522A and

GBHMM32522B permanently

affixed to said

land.

On July 24,

2012, a petition was filed

in Baldwin County Superior

Court seeking foreclosure

of the ad valorem

tax lien(s) for the years

2010 - 2011 in the

amount of $2,419.22, as

of July 24, 2012.

Pursuant to

O.C.G.A. 48-4-79(a) a

hearing shall be held on

the 31st day of August,

2012, at 9:00 a.m. in

Court Room 2 of the

Baldwin County Courthouse,

121 North Wilkinson

Street, Milledgeville,

Georgia, wherein all interested

parties may intervene

before this Court for

this purpose of opposing

the granting of the Petition

and issuance of an

Order and Judgment allowing

for sale of the

above listed property for

delinquent ad valorem

taxes pursuant to

O.C.G.A. 48-4-75 et.

seq., and to show cause

as to why this Court

should not grant such Petition

as entered by Cathy

F. Settle, Tax Commissioner,

Baldwin County

and relief prayed for

therein.
