NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISSOLVE INCORPORATION

Notice is given that a notice of intent to dissolve Habitat for Humanity of Elbert County, a Georgia non-profit corporation with its registered office at 840 Cardinal Drive, Elberton, GA, 30635 will be delivered to the Secretary of State for filing in accordance with the Georgia Nonprofit Corporation Code.

Persons with claims against said corporation may present them by sending written notice setting forth full particulars as to the basis of said claim and the amount thereof to Carter B. Edge, 840 Cardinal Drive, Elberton, GA 30635. Except for claims that are contingent at the time of the filing of the notice of intent to dissolve or that arise after the filing of the notice of intent to dissolve, a claim against the corporation not otherwise barred will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the publication of this notice.
