Notice is given that a notice of intent to dissolve SUMMERVILLE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH INCORPORATED, a Georgia nonprofit corporation with its registered agent office at 141 W. Washington Street, Summerville, Georgia 30747, will be delivered to the Secretary of State for filing in accordance with the Georgia Nonprofit Corporation Code Section 14-3-1404 1(b).
