NOTICE OF JUDICIAL IN REM TAX FORECLOSURE STATE OF GEORGIA HOUSTON COUNTY Advertising by the City Clerk of Warner Robins and the Houston County Tax Commissioner for Judicial In Rem Tax Foreclosure Sale in accordance with O.C.G.A. 48-4-75 to 48-4-81 and Court Order in Case No. 2012-V-106135-K. During the legal hours of sales on, September 4, 2012, the same being the first Tuesday of the month, the following described property will be sold at the Houston County Courthouse, 201 Perry Parkway, Perry, Houston County, Georgia, which is the legal place designated for Sheriff's Sales. Rebecca Winnie Vaughn, as Administrator of the Estate of Mary Lavon Adkins is identified as the person in possession with any other person(s) who may be in possession claiming through same. The Respondent property address is 421 Curtis Street, Tax ID Parcel No. 0W001B-006000 the same being Exhibit in above Case and made part hereof as follows: All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in The City of Warner Robins, and in Land Lot 226, Fifth Land District of Houston County, Georgia, being a portion of Lot 28 and all of Lot 27 in the Stephens-Duke Subdivision as shown and designated on a plat of survey prepared by Story and Broxton Surveying Co. on April 23, 1965, a copy of said plat being of record in Map Book 9, page 226, Clerk's Office, Houston Superior Court. Said plat and the recorded copy thereof are hereby made a part of this description by reference thereto. This is the same property conveyed from Security Federal Savings and Loan Association of Middle Georgia to Mary R. Adkins, dated November 1975, and recorded in Deed Book 466, page 666, said Clerk's Office. The property is known under the present system of numbering as 421 Curtis Street, Warner Robins, Georgia, and is designated as Map/parcel 0W001B-006000. Together with all rights, title, and interest running with the above-described property but not taxed under a separate tax reference number as delineated on the tax maps of the Petitioner for the year(s) for which taxes are being foreclosed.
