NOTICE OF JUDICIAL IN REM TAX FORECLOSURE STATE OF GEORGIA HOUSTON COUNTY Advertising by City Clerk of Warner Robins for Judicial In Rem Tax Foreclosure Sale in accordance with O.C.G.A. 48-4-75 to 48-4-81 and Court Order in Case No. 2012-V-106991-L. During the legal hours of sales on, February 5, 2013, the same being the first Tuesday of the month, the following described property will be sold at the Houston County Courthouse, 201 Perry Parkway, Perry, Houston County, Georgia, which is the legal place designated for Sheriff's Sales. Frances Simes is identified as the person in possession with any other person(s) who may be in possession claiming through same. The Respondent property address is 108 A Bay Court, Tax ID Parcel No. 0W035A-009000 the same being Exhibit A in above Case and made part hereof as follows: All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying, and being in Land Lot 193, Fifth Land District, City of Warner Robins, Houston County, Georgia, and being designated as Parcel No. 4-A, Bay Court Subdivision, according to a plat of said subdivision which is of record in Plat Book 34, page 27, Clerk's Office, Houston Superior Court. Also conveyed is a 20' wide perpetual, non-exclusive easement for ingress and egress, for vehicular and pedestrian traffic, across Parcel -B Bay Court Subdivision as shown by Plat Book 34, page 27, Clerk's Office, Houston Superior Court. Said easement leads from Bay Court to Parcel No. 4-A and is to run with said parcel. Said plat is incorporated herein by reference thereto for all purposes. This is part of the same property conveyed from Richard Price and Mary Etta Price to Frances Simes, dated December 23, 1958, and recorded in Deed Book 131, page 271, Clerk's Office, Houston Superior Court. Together with all rights, title, and interest running with the above-described property but not taxed under a separate tax reference number as delineated on the tax maps of the Petitioner for the year(s) for which taxes are being foreclosed.
