ber 28, 2012, Alana Anne Pearce

filed a Petition to Change Names

with the Clerk of Ben Hill Superior

Court in Fitzgerald, Georgia, Civil

Action No. 12CV-355, seeking to

change the name of her minor twin

children, Gabriel Makell Brown and

Kadence Annesty Brown to Gabriel

Makell Pearce and Kadence An-

nesty Pearce.

Further, said Petitioner seeks to

have terminated the parental rights

of the father of said children, Keith

Jermaine Brown.

Any interested or affected party

may appear and file objections with

the Clerk of Ben Hill Superior Court

within sixty (60) days from the date

of filing of said Petition.
