Notice is hereby given that Melvine

Jerome Bishop filed his petition in

the Superior Court of Ben Hill

County, Georgia, on the 21st day of

February, 2013, praying to change

his name from Melvine Jerome

Bishop to Melvin Jerome Young.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to

law to any interested or affected

party to appear in said Court and to

file objections to such name

change. Objections must be filed

with said Court within 30 days of

the filing of said petition. Upon the

expiration of 30 days from the filing

of the petition, upon proof of publi-

cation, if no objection is filed, the

Court shall proceed to hear and de-

termine all matters raised by the

petition and to render final judg-

ment thereon.
