NOTICE OF PETITION TO CHANGE NAME

PULASKI COUNTY, GEORGIA

Notice is hereby given that Mary Greene, the undersigned, filed her petition to the Superior Court of Pulaski County, Georgia, on the 16th day of October, 2012 praying for a change in the name of minor child from Emma Leigh Green-Bohleber to Emma Leigh Greene.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to law to any interested or affected party to appear in said Court and to file objections to such name change. Objections must be filed with said Court within 30 days of the filing of said petition.
