NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING\

Rezoning: Western portion of Land Lots 199 and 216 of the 8th Land District from A-1 (Agriculture) to A-3 (Agriculture) \'96 County\

Notice is hereby given that the Ware County Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 11, 2012, at 4:00 p.m. in the second floor conference room, Ware County Courthouse, 800 Church Street, Waycross Georgia to discuss rezoning of the property described below:\

Land Lot 199\

Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Anita Street and the southern margin of Land Lot 200; run thence, in a westerly direction, along the southern margin of land lot 200 and converging on the southern margin of land lot 199, for a distance of 2,020 feet, more or less, to a point on the western boundary of the USGS 100 year flood elevation of Kettle Creek, also being the point of BEGINNING; run thence, in northerly and northwesterly directions, along the western boundary of the USGS 100 year flood elevation of Kettle Creek, for a distance of 3,782 feet, more or less, to a point on a property line; run thence, in a westerly direction, along such property line, for a distance of 230 feet, more or less, to a point on a property corner; run thence, in a northerly direction, along a property line, for a distance of 960 feet, more or less, to a point on a property corner; run thence, in a westerly direction, along a property line, for a distance of 20 feet, more or less, to a point on a property corner; run thence, in a northerly direction, along a property line, for a distance of 860 feet, more or less, to a point on a property corner and the northern margin of land lot 199; run thence, in a westerly direction, along a property line and the northern boundary of land lot 199, for a distance of 2,240 feet, more or less, to a point on the northwest corner of land lot 199; run thence, in a southerly direction, along the western margin of land lot 199, for distance of 5,100 feet, more or less, to a point on the southwest corner of land lot 199; run thence, in an easterly direction, along the southern margin of land lot 199, for a distance of 3,170 feet, more or less, to the point of BEGINNING.\

Land Lot 216\

Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Anita Street and the southern margin of Land Lot 200; run thence, in a westerly direction, along the southern margin of land lot 200 and converging on the northern margin of land lot 216, for a distance of 2,020 feet, more or less, to a point on the western boundary of the USGS 100-year flood elevation of Kettle Creek, also being the point of BEGINNING; run thence, in southeasterly, westerly and southwesterly directions, along the western boundary of the USGS 100-year flood elevation of Kettle Creek, for a distance of 6,000 feet, more or less, to a point on the southern margin of land lot 216; run thence, in a westerly direction, along such southern margin, for a distance of 2,185 feet, more or less, to a point on the southwestern corner of land lot 216; run thence, in a northerly direction, along western margin of land lot 216, for a distance of 4,673 feet, more or less, to a point on the northwestern corner of Land Lot 216; run thence, in an easterly direction, along the northern margin of Land Lot 216, for a distance of 2,218 feet, more or less, to point of BEGINNING. \

Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Wadley Road and Smith Road; run thence, in a southerly direction, along the centerline of Smith Road, for a distance of 863 feet, more or less, to the point of BEGINNING; run thence, in an easterly direction, along a projected property line, for a distance of 1,518 feet, more or less, to a point on a property corner; run thence, in a southerly direction, along property line, for a distance of 571 feet, more or less, to a point on property corner; run thence, in a westerly direction, along a property line, for a distance of 746 feet, more or less, to a point on a property corner; run thence, in a northerly direction, along a property line, for a distance of 287 feet, more or less, to a point on a property corner; run thence, in a westerly direction, along a property line, for a distance of 759 feet, more or less, to a point on the centerline of Smith Road; run thence, in a northerly direction, along such centerline, for a distance of 316 feet, more or less, to the point of BEGINNING.\
