NOTICE OF SALE

Because of the default in payment of the indebtedness secured by Deed to Secure Debt executed by DENISE MARIE MOSES dated January 27, 2012, and recorded in Deed Book 274, pages 878-885, Clerk's Office, Pulaski County Superior Court, the undersigned, PLANTERSFIRST, pursuant to the power of sale contained in said security deed will, on the first Tuesday in September, 2012, during the legal hours of sale, at the courthouse door in Hawkinsville, Pulaski County, Georgia, sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the property described in said deed, to-wit:

All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City of Hawkinsville, Pulaski County, Georgia, and on the west side of Dooly Street in said City, sometimes known as No. 615 or 1615 Dooly Street, said lot fronting eighty-eight (88) feet on Dooley Street and running back west an equal width for a distance of two hundred ten (210) feet, and bounded now or formerly as follows: North by vacant lot formerly owned by Mrs. Goette; east by Dooley Street; south by property of Dave Warren; and west by Texas Alley. Being the same property as that described in a deed from W. H. Johnson and Willie Belle Johnson to Polly Pain Brown dated December 26, 1945, and recorded in Deed Book 35 at page 502, Clerk Office, Pulaski Superior Court. There is located on said tract a dwelling house.

Subject to existing easements and rights of way.

Said property will be sold subject to the accrued and/or outstanding ad valorem taxes, if any. A deed will be made by the undersigned to the purchaser at said sale as attorney in fact for the said DENISE MARIE MOSES with the proceeds of said sale to be applied as provided in said deed to secure debt.

To the best knowledge, information and belief of the undersigned, the property is presently in the possession of DENISE MARIE MOSES. This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained shall be used for that purpose.
