NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER COWETA COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by S Jason Moon and Judy A. Moon to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee MBNA America (Delware), N.A. dated 1/9/2004 and recorded in Deed Book 2790 Page 724, COWETA County, Georgia records; as last transferred to BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 104,800.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of COWETA County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on February 5, 2013 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday), the following described property: THE REAL PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF NEWNAN, COUNTY OF COWETA AND STATE OF GEORGIA, DESCRIBED AS: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 6 OF THE 6TH DISTRICT, COWETA COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING LOT 7, EVERGREEN STATION SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 257-259, COWETA COUNTY RECORDS, WHICH PLAT IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE, AND BEING IMPROVED PROPERTY HAVING A HOUSE LOCATED THEREON KNOWN AS NO. 65 GENERAL LONGSTREET LINE, ACCORDING TO THE PRESENT SYSTEM OF NUMBERING HOUSES IN COWETA COUNTY, GEORGIA. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed.
