NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, COWETA COUNTY By virtue of a Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed from KERRI M. RODRIGUEZ to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC., AS NOMINEE FOR DFB MORTGAGE, INC., dated February 20, 2009, recorded February 27, 2009, in Deed Book 3431, Page 110-122, Coweta County, Georgia Records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of One Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand Seven Hundred Seventeen and 00/100 dollars ($123,717.00), with interest thereon as provided for therein, said Security Deed having been last sold, assigned and transferred to BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Coweta County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in September, 2012, all property described in said Security Deed including but not limited to the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 6 OF THE 4TH DISTRICT, COWETA COUNTY, GEORGIA AND BEING LOT Q AS SHOWN ON A SURVEY FOR MARVIN E CAMP AND FRANCES T CAMP AND RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54 PAGE 72 COWETA COUNTY RECORDS WHICH PLAT IS INCORPORATED HEREIN AND MADE A PART HEREOF BY REFERENCE, ALSO CONVEYED HEREWITH IS A NON EXCLUSIVE PERPETUAL EASEMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF INGRESS AND EGRESS FROM THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTIES TO THE RIGHT OF WAY OF TURNER ROAD, OVER, THROUGH AND ACROSS THESE CERTAIN TRACTS OR PARCELS OFLAND DESIGNATED AS WEST FORK DRIVE EASEMENT "A" BEING 30 FEET WIDE AND DESIGNATED AS WEST FORK DRIVE 50 FOOT EASEMENT ALL AS SHOWN ON THE ABOVE REFERENCED PLAT REFERENCE TO WHICH PLAT IS HEREBY MADE FOR A MORE PARTICULAR AND ACCURATE DESCRIPTION OF THE EASEMENT HEREIN CONVEYED. NOTICE OF NAME CHANGE Please take notice that on the 30th day of July, 2012, Aaron Bruce Thomas filed a Petition in the Superior Court of Coweta County, Georgia, seeking a name change from AARON BRUCE THOMAS to AARON BRUCE COPELAND. Any interested or affected party has the right to appear and file objections. At the expiration of thirty (30) days from the filing of the Petition, upon proof of publication, and if no objection is filed, the Court shall proceed to hear and determine all matters raised by said Petition.
