NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, COWETA COUNTY By virtue of a Power of Sale contained in the Deed to Secure Debt from Stephen D. Summerall and Candace L. Summerall to Harry N. Flowers, dated September 1, 2009, filed and recorded September 3, 2009 in Deed Book 3498, Page 621, Coweta County, Georgia Records (the "First Deed to Secure Debt") given to secure payment of a promissory note from Stephen D. Summerall and Candace L. Summerall to Harry N. Flowers dated September 1, 2009, in the original principal amount of $72,000.00 (the " First Promissory Note") and a Second Deed to Secure Debt from Stephen D. Summerall and Candace L. Summerall to Harry N. Flowers, dated September 1, 2009, filed and recorded September 3, 2009 in Deed Book 3498, Page 627, Coweta County, Georgia Records (the "Second Deed to Secure Debt") given to secure payment of a promissory note from Stephen D. Summerall and Candace L. Summerall to Harry N. Flowers dated September 1, 2009, in the original principal amount of $18,000.00 (the " Second Promissory Note"), there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Coweta County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in September, 2012, the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 8 OF THE FIFTH LAND DISTRICT OF COWETA COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING LOT 2, AS SET FORTH ON PLAT OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGE 117, COWETA COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS. REFERENCE TO SAID PLAT IS HEREBY MADE FOR A MORE PARTICULAR DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED. THE AFOREDESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY IS ALSO KNOWN AS 35 ROBINSON STREET, NEWNAN, GEORGIA, ACCORDING TO THE PRESENT SYSTEM OF NUMBERING HOUSES IN COWETA COUNTY, GEORGIA. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in the First Deed to Secure Debt and Second Deed to Secure Debt and by law, including attorney's fees, notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given and the remainder, if any, shall be applied as provided by law.
