Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Bernell E Kirkland to MetLife Home Loans, a Division of MetLife Bank, N.A., dated October 3, 2008, recorded in Deed Book 1289, Page 98, Lee County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to Champion Mortgage Company by assignment recorded in Deed Book 1571, Page 40, Lee County, Georgia Records,conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND 0/100 DOLLARS ($232,500.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Lee County, Georgia within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in February, 2013, the following described property:All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 236 of the Second Land District of Lee County, Georgia, and being more particularly described as follows: Starting at the intersection of the east line of Land Lot 236 and the north right of way line of Kinchafoonee Creek Road, thence in a westerly direction along the north right of way of Kinchafoonee Creek Road a distance of 670 feet to the point of beginning; thence north 29 degrees 38 minutes east 350 feet to a point; thence north 60 degrees 22 minutes west 130 feet to a point; thence south 29 degrees 38 minutes west 350 feet to a point on the north right of way of Kinchafoonee Creek Road; thence in an easterly direction along the north right of way of Kinchafoonee Creek Road a distance of 130 feet to the point of beginning.
