NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER CONTAINED IN SECURITY DEED STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF COWETA Pursuant to a power of sale contained in a certain Deed to Secure Debt executed by Corinth Coweta Real Estate, LLC, hereinafter referred to as Grantor, with the singular including the plural, to Bank of Coweta, recorded in Deed Book 3040, beginning at Pages 416-426, the deed records of the Clerk of the Superior Court of the aforesaid state and county, having been given to secure the Promissory Note in the principal sum of $1,360,000.00 with interest at the rate stated in said Promissory Note on the unpaid balance until paid, and by virtue of a default in the payment of the debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt, the undersigned attorney-in-fact for the aforesaid Grantor (which attorney-in-fact is the present holder of said Deed to Secure Debt and debt secured thereby) will sell before the door of the courthouse in said county within the legal hours of sale, for cash, to the highest bidder on Tuesday, September 4, 2012, the property which, as of the time of the execution of said Deed to Secure Debt, was described as set forth in the attached Exhibit "A."
