Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Pamela T. Street and Terry Lee Street to Washington Mutual Bank, FA, dated October 31, 2007, recorded in Deed Book 625, Page 708, Putnam County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIX THOUSAND AND 0/100 DOLLARS ($876,000.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Putnam County, Georgia within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in December, 2009, the following described property: All that lot or parcel of land lying and being in the 389th G.M. District, Putnam County, Georgia, and being designated as Lot 4 on a plat prepared by Thomason Land Surveying, Inc., dated December 6, 1980, and recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 2, Clerk's Office, Putnam County Superior Court, and by reference is made a part of this description.
Also conveyed herein is a one-fourth (1/4) interest in and to the road as shown on the above referred to plat. Said road has been constructed, even thought the plat states a proposed road.

The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed.
