ables LLC Trust 2006-OP1, Mort-

gage Pass-Through Certificates,

Series 2006-OP1 by assignment re-

corded in Deed Book 910, Page 87,

Worth County, Georgia

Records,conveying the after-de-

scribed property to secure a Note in

the original principal amount of FIF-

TY-FIVE THOUSAND TWO HUN-

DRED FIFTY AND 0/100 DOLLARS

($55,250.00), with interest thereon

as set forth therein, there will be sold

at public outcry to the highest bidder

for cash before the courthouse door

of Worth County, Georgia within the

legal hours of sale on the first Tues-

day in September, 2012, the follow-

ing described property:All that tract

or parcel of land situate, lying and

being in the Town of Warwick, Worth

County, Georgia and being more

particularly describe as follows: The

East One-Half (1/2) of Block Num-

bered Sixteen (16) in the Town of

Warwick, Georgia, said tract con-

taining one acre, more or less, and

being the same property conveyed

to Ronnie Steele and Melissa Steele

by deed dated October 15, 1994

and recorded in Deed Book 335,

page 240, Clerk Office, Worth Su-

perior Court. The debt secured by

said Security Deed has been and is

hereby declared due because of,

among other possible events of de-

fault, failure to pay the indebtedness

as and when due and in the manner

provided in the Note and Security

Deed. The debt remaining in default,

this sale will be made for the pur-

pose of paying the same and all ex-

penses of this sale, as provided in

Security Deed and by law, including

attorney fees (notice of intent to

collect attorney fees having been
