to National City Mortgage Company
by assignment recorded in Deed
Book 629, Page 185, Worth County,
Georgia Records,conveying the af-
ter-described property to secure a
Note in the original principal amount
of NINETY-TWO THOUSAND FIVE
HUNDRED AND 0/100 DOLLARS
($92,500.00), with interest thereon
as set forth therein, there will be sold
at public outcry to the highest bidder
for cash before the courthouse door
of Worth County, Georgia within the
legal hours of sale on the first
