NOTICE OF SALE <br /><br />UNDER POWER<br /><br />STATE OF GEORGIA<br /><br />COUNTY OF PUTNAM<br /><br /> By virtue of the power of sale contained in a Security Deed from Deidra Hurt to Lendmark Financial Services, Inc., dated March 9, 2007, and recorded in Deed Book 589, Page 547, Putnam County, Georgia records, there will be sold at public outcry for cash to the highest bidder before the courthouse doors of said county during the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in September, 2012, by Lendmark Financial Services, Inc., as Attorney-in-Fact for Deidra Hurt, the following described property, to-wit:<br /><br /> All of that lot or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 66, 3rd District, Putnam County, Georgia, and designated as Lot 75, containing 1.47 acres, more or less, in Little River Acres, as platted by T. Larry Rachels, R.L.S., on 23 February 1994, and said plat is recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 4, office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Putnam County, Georgia. Said lot is bound on the north by Lot 73, now or formerly of Charlie Weeks; on the east by Loblolly Drive; on the south by Lot 77, now or formerly of Marjorie Lawson; and on the west by lands, now or formerly, of Forest & Land Services, Inc.<br /><br /> This conveyance is subject to those protective covenants recorded in Book 129, Pages 266-270, office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Putnam County, Georgia.<br /><br /> Also secured by a manufactured home located on and permanently affixed to the property. Mobile/Manufactured home description: 1999 Sweetwater 2860SAV, Serial #SHGA4861B.<br /><br /> The indebtedness secured by said Security Deed having been declared due and payable because of default in the payment of the indebtedness secured thereby, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of the sale, including attorney's fees, notice of intention to collect attorney's fees having been given as provided by law.
