NOTICE OF SALE

GEORGIA, LEE COUNTY

By virtue of a power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from Ray Lloyd Realty and Construction Co. Inc. to SB&T Bank, a division of Synovus, successor to Security Bank and Trust Company of Albany, Secured Creditor, dated June 14, 2007, and recorded in Deed Book 1180, Page 116, Lee County Public Records; said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a Note in the original principal sum of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX DOLLARS ($226,626.00), with interest from date at the rate called for pursuant to said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, as well as any and all other indebtedness then or thereafter owing by Ray Lloyd Realty and Construction Co. Inc. to SB&T Bank, successor to Security Bank and Trust Company of Albany; there will be sold by the undersigned, at public outcry, to the highest bidder for cash, before the Courthouse door at Leesburg, Lee County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in December, 2012, the following described property:

All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land 259 in the Second Land District, Lee County, Georgia, and being all of Lot 282 of Callaway Lakes Subdivision, Section 8, according to a map or plat of said subdivision as same is recorded in Plat Cabinet Slide E-133-D, in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Lee County, Georgia. Upon information and belief, said property is known as 111 Loblolly Lane, Albany, Georgia.

The debt secured by the said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of nonpayment of said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale shall be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorney fees.

Said property will be sold as the property of Ray Lloyd Realty and Construction Co. Inc. and will be sold subject to outstanding ad valorem taxes and/or assessments, if any.

SB&T Bank, successor to Security Bank and Trust Company of Albany, is the Secured Creditor under the Security Deed and loan being foreclosed. The following entity shall have full authority to negotiate, amend, and modify all terms of the above described Security Deed and associated loans on behalf of the Secured Creditor: SB&T Bank, successor to Security Bank and Trust Company of Albany, P.O.
