NOTICE OF SALE GEORGIA, MITCHELL COUNTY. By virtue of a power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from Wanda W. Faircloth to Georgia Development Authority, dated February 16, 2007, and recorded in Deed Book 838, Page 297, Mitchell County Public Records; said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a Note in the original principal sum of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND00/100 ($165,000.00), with interest from date at the rate called for pursuant to said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, as well as any and all other indebtedness then or thereafter owing by Wanda W.
