NOTICE OF SALE

GEORGIA, WORTH COUNTY

By virtue of a power of sale con-

tained in that certain Security Deed

from GUY REX BULLOCK to RABO

AGRIFINANCE, INC., RABOBANK,

N.A., and COOPERATIEVE CEN-

TRALE RAIFFEISEN-BOEREN-

LEENBANK B.A., dated June 25,

2009, and recorded in Deed Book

830, Page 304 et seq., in the Office

of the Clerk of Superior Court of

Worth County, Georgia, said Secur-

ity Deed having originally been giv-

en to secure that certain Promissory

Note in the original principal amount

of EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND

EIGHT HUNDRED and NO/100

DOLLARS ($800,800.00) of even

date therewith, as well as all exten-

sions, renewals and modifications

thereof, together with any and all

other indebtedness, of any type or

description, then or thereafter owing

by GUY REX BULLOCK to RABO

AGRIFINANCE, INC., RABOBANK,

N.A., and COOPERATIEVE CEN-

TRALE RAIFFEISEN-BOEREN-

LEENBANK B.A, there will be sold

by the undersigned, at public outcry,

to the highest bidder for cash, be-

fore the courthouse door at Syl-

vester, Worth County, Georgia, with-

in the legal hours of sale on the first

Tuesday in February, 2013, the fol-

lowing described property: TRACT

III: 158.47 acres, more or less, lying

and being a part of Lot of Land No.

133, in the Fourteenth (14) Land

District of Worth County, Georgia, all

as shown on that certain plat of sur-

vey prepared by Marshall F. Guill,

Georgia Registered Land Surveyor,

dated February 12, 1981, a copy of

said plat of survey being recorded in

Plat Book 20, at page 45, Clerk Of-

fice, Worth Superior Court, on Feb-

ruary 26, 1981. The indebtedness

secured by the aforementioned Se-

curity Deed has been and is hereby

declared immediately due and pay-

able in full because of the failure of

GUY REX BULLOCK to maintain

payments upon said indebtedness

owing to the RABO AGRIFINANCE,

INC., RABOBANK, N.A., and

COOPERATIEVE CENTRALE

RAIFFEISEN-BOERENLEENBANK

B.A in accordance with its terms.

Said indebtedness remaining in de-

fault, this sale shall be made for the

purpose of paying such indebted-

ness, as well as all expenses of this

sale, including attorneys fees. The

above-described property will be

sold as the property of GUY REX

BULLOCK and will be sold subject

to the following items which may af-

fect the title to said property: all zon-

ing and subdivision ordinances and/

or regulations; matters which would

be disclosed by an accurate survey

or an inspection of the property; all

real property ad valorem taxes or

assessments, which may constitute

liens upon said property; all liens

which, under applicable law, would

take priority over the Security Deed

described above; and all ease-

ments, restrictions, rights-of-way,

security deeds or other encum-

brances of record which have prior-

ity over the referenced Security

Deed. To the best of the knowledge

and belief of the undersigned, the

party presently in possession of said

property is GUY REX BULLOCK,

and/or a tenant or tenants.

INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL

BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE.
