NOTICE OF SALE

STATE OF GEORGIA

COUNTY OF WAYNE

WHEREAS, there has been a default in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain Deed to Secure Debt dated December 20, 2007, executed by Herman Bradford Yeomans, Jr. of Wayne County, Georgia, in the original principal amount of One Hundred Sixteen Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Six and no/100's ($116,756.00) Dollars, recorded in Mortgage Book 34-F, pages 51-56, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Wayne County, Georgia.

WHEREAS, under the provisions of the said Deed to Secure Debt said indebtedness secured thereby has immediately become due and payable and remains in default.

NOW THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That pursuant to the terms of the original Deed to Secure Debt and the power of sale contained therein and the laws in such cases made and provided, after proper advertisement, the undersigned, on the First Tuesday in December, to wit: December 4, 2012, before the Courthouse door in Wayne County, Georgia, between the legal hours of sale, will expose for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash the following described property, to-wit:

All of that certain tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City of Jesup, Wayne County, Georgia, containing 0.386 acres, more or less, and being more particularly shown and described as Lot 4 on that certain plat prepared by M. Jerry Tomberlin, Georgia R.L.S. Number 2942, under date of November 15, 2005 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Wayne county, Georgia in Plat Book 44, Page 200.

SUBJECT TO that certain Declaration of Restrictive Covenants, Limitations and Easements dated April 25, 2006 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Wayne County, Georgia in Deed Book 491, Page 4.

TERMS: Cash, purchaser paying for title, Georgia transfer tax, and all ad valorem taxes and assessments that may be due on said property; the proceeds of this sale shall be applied as provided in said Deed to Secure Debt.

The property will be sold as the property of Herman Bradford Yeomans, Jr. and to the best of the undersigned's knowledge and belief he is the party in possession.
