NOTICE OF SALE<br /><br />STATE OF GEORGIA<br /><br />PICKENS COUNTY<br /><br />By virtue of a Power of Sale contained in the Deed to Secure Debt from Robert Christopher Meade & Kimberly Diane Meade to Capital Mortgage Corporation, dated July 15, 2011, recorded September 12, 2011 in Deed Book 935, Page 446-448, as assumed by Jessica Nicole Fowler by Assumption Agreement to Capital Mortgage Corporation dated March 13, 2012, recorded April 11, 2012 in Deed Book 958, Page 468-470 in Pickens County, Georgia Records, given to secure a Promissory Note in the original principal amount of Forty Seven Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Dollars and 43/100 ($47,330.43) dollars, with interest as provided therein on the unpaid balance until paid; there will be sold at public outcry to the highest and the best bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Pickens County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in August, 2012, the following described property:<br /><br />ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND lying and being in Land Lot(s) 201 & 202, 4th District, Pickens County, Georgia, containing 2.00 acres designated as Tract 16 on plat of survey identified as herokee Hills Subdivision and recorded at Plat Book V, Page 256-260, Pickens County, Georgia Records, which plat by reference is incorporated herein and made a part hereof. Includes the home situated there on described as that certain Fleetwood Westfield Mobile Home, VIN #GAFLP07A28520W2.<br /><br />The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan.
