By virtue of the power of sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt by Robert E. Jones, Jr., and Pamela W. Jones to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. ( MERS ), as nominee for Castle Point Mortgage, Inc., dated January 23, 2006, and filed for record February 6, 2006, in Deed Book 502, Page 525, Tattnall County, Georgia records, and securing a Note in the original principal amount of $59,200.00; last transferred to CitiMortgage, Inc., by Assignment, filed for record in Deed Book 584, Page 500, Tattnall County, Georgia records, there will be sold at a public outcry for cash to the highest bidder before the Courthouse door of Tattnall County, Georgia, between the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in July, 2012, by CitiMortgage, Inc., as Attorney-in-Fact for Robert E. Jones, Jr. and Pamela W. Jones the following property to-wit:
All that certain property situated in the city of Glennville in the County of Tattnall, and State of Georgia, and being described in a Deed dated 10/21/2001 and recorded 10/17/2001 in Book 436, Page 141, among the land records of the county and state set forth above, and referenced as follows:
All that lot, tract, or parcel of land situate, lying, and being in the City of Glennville, 1432nd G.M. District of Tattnall County, Georgia, and bounded, now or formerly, as follows: North by lands of Hughes Thompson; East by lands of Attis Lewis; South by Lewis Street; and West by North Rushing Street. Said property is more accurately depicted by a plat by Princeton P. Pirkle, Jr., Georgia Registered Land Surveyor 1474, dated March 9, 1959, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Tattnall County in Plat Book 9, Page 36. Said plat is incorporated herein by reference for descriptive and all other purposes.

The indebtedness secured by said Deed to Secure Debt, having been declared due and payable because of default in the payment of the indebtedness secured thereby, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of sale, including attorney s fees, if applicable.
The property will be sold as the property of the aforesaid grantor subject to the following: all prior restrictive covenants, easements, rights-of-way, security deeds, or encumbrances of record; all valid zoning ordinances; matters that would be disclosed by an accurate survey of the property or by any inspection of the property; all outstanding taxes, assessments, unpaid bills, charges, and expenses that are a lien against the property whether due and payable or not yet due and payable.
