NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER By virtue of the power of sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt by WILLIAM A CLEVELAND to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. ("MERS") as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., dated June 30, 2005 and filed for record July 6, 2005 in Deed Book 1712, Page 229, Glynn County, Georgia records, and securing a Note in the original principal amount of $1,042,500.00; last transferred to U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION 2005-F TRUST by Assignment, filed for record in Deed Book 3062, Page 330, Glynn County, Georgia records, there will be sold at a public outcry for cash to the highest bidder before the Courthouse door of Glynn County, Georgia, between the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in December, 2012, by U.S. Bank, National Association, Successor Trustee to Wachovia Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the Holders of Banc of America Funding Corporation 2005-F Trust as Attorney-in-Fact for WILLIAM A CLEVELAND the following property to-wit: ALL THAT TRACT or parcel of land lying and being on the Island of St. Simons, in Glynn County, Georgia, and being Unit Numbered One (1) of Nine-Forty Beachview Drive, Condominium Association, Inc., as shown on that certain location plat by David H. Rhodes, Georgia Registered Architect No. 3829, recorded in Condominium Plat Book 4, Pages 1044-1066, records of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia. The Unit is a part of the property described in Exhibit "A" to the Declaration of Condominium, dated July 21, 1986 and recorded in Deed Book 27-U, commencing at Page 465, in aforesaid records.
