Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Danielle Ambrose and Wesley Ambrose to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR SOUTHSTAR FUNDING, LLC, dated March 07, 2006, recorded in Deed Book 1626, Page 399, Bulloch County, Georgia records, as last transferred to U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF MAY 1, 2006, GSAMP TRUST 2006-HE3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE3 by assignment recorded or to be recorded, Bulloch County, Georgia records conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of EIGHTY EIGHT THOUSAND AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($88,000.00); with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Bulloch County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in August, 2012 the following described property: ALL THOSE CERTAIN LOTS OR PARCELS OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN THE 1209TH G. M. DISTRICT OF BULLOCH COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOTS NO. 33 AND 34, BLOCK A, GROVE LAKES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO A PLAT OF SURVEY PREPARED BY GEORGE E. WILEY, JR. BY LAMAR O. REDDICK SURVEYOR, DATED MAY 29, 1988, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 84, BULLOCH COUNTY RECORDS. SAID LOTS ARE BOUND IN THE AGGREGATE ACCORDING TO SAID PLAT AS FOLLOWS: NORTHEAST BY THE 50-FOOT RIGHT-OF-WAY OF WEST DRIVE; SOUTHEAST BY THE 50-FOOT RIGHT-OF-WAY OF CIRCLE DRIVE; SOUTHWEST BY A DITCH; AND NORTHWEST BY LOT NO. 35, AFORESAID RECORDS.
