Hamm to HOME CAPITAL INC., dated September 06, 2002, recorded in Deed Book 324 (Re-recorded 324), Page 194 (Re-recorded 462), Elbert County, Georgia records, as last transferred to U.S. Bank N.A., as Trustee for the Registered Holders of the Structured Asset Securities Corporation, Structured Asset Investment Loan Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2003-BC2 by assignment recorded or to be recorded, Elbert County, Georgia records conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of THIRTY EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($38,400.00); with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Elbert County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in September, 2012 the following described property:<br /><br /> All that lot or parcel of land, with improvements thereon, lying partly in the 197th G.M. District and partly in the 189th G.M District of Elbert County, Georgia, containing 1.0 acres, more or less, being bounded, now or formerly, on the north by property of Ralph White; on the east by property of Lillian Moon; on the south by property of Georgia Umble; and on the west by the right of way of Southern Railway, said property being better described as follows:<br /><br /> Beginning at the easternmost side of the right of way of Southern Railway at the corner of said lot and property of Ralph White and running thence north 62 1/4 degrees east 85 feet to a pipe; thence north 49 3/4 degrees east 142 feet to a pipe; thence north 17 1/2 degrees east to a pipe; thence north 38 1/4 degrees east 25 feet to a pipe; thence north 43 1/4 degrees east 180.6 feet to a pipe; thence south 51 1/4 degrees west 355 feet to a pipe; thence north 39 1/4 degrees west 123.2 feet along the right of way of Southern Railway to an iron pipe and the point of beginning. Said property is better described in a survey filed in Plat Book 3, Page 214, Elbert County, Georgia Records, to which said survey and plat is by express reference made a part hereof. <br /><br /> The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed.
