Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by David G. Curry and Jennifer C. Curry to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for SunTrust Mortgage, Inc., dated January 31, 2006, recorded in Deed Book 1871, Page 459, Glynn County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to SunTrust Bank by assignment to be recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND AND 0/100 DOLLARS ($740,000.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Glynn County, Georgia within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in December, 2012, the following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Glynn County, State of Georgia, St. Simons Island, as being Lot 37, Phase I, St. Simons Island Club Subdivision, as per plat by George P.
