NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, HENRY COUNTY By virtue of the power of sale contained in a Security Deed from Jennifer T. Wallace to First Franklin Financial Corporation dated May 13, 2003 recorded in Deed Book 6028, Page 160-178 , Henry County Records, and last assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. successor by merger to Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, N.A., as Trustee, for First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2003-FF4, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2003-FF4, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of ONE HUNDRED TWELVE THOUSAND AND 00/100 ($112,000.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, before the Courthouse door of Henry County, Georgia, during the legal hours of sale on the first Wednesday, January 2, 2013 the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 132 of the 7th District, Henry County, Georgia, being Lot 130, Unit I of Cross Creek Subdivision, as per plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 292-297, Henry County, Georgia Records, which plat is specifically incorporated herein and made a part hereof by this reference. The Debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of nonpayment of the indebtedness when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, the sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of sale, as provided in the Security Deed and by law, including attorney's fees, notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given. Said property will be sold subject to any outstanding ad valorem taxes, any assessments, liens, encumbrances, zoning ordinances, restrictions, covenants, and matters of record superior to the Security Deed first set out above.
