GEORGIA, JONES COUNTY THIS LAW FIRM IS ACTING AS A DEBT COLLECTOR ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Pamela Roney to Long Beach Mortgage Company, dated June 28, 2001, recorded in Deed Book 428, Page 55, Jones County, Georgia Records,conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of SEVENTY-SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND 0/100 DOLLARS ($76,500.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Jones County, Georgia within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in December, 2012, the following described property:All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lots 23 and 30 of the 7th Land District of Jones County, Georgia and being shown and designated as Lot 6 of Jones Crossing, Phase 4 according to a plat of survey prepared by Prince S. Halligan, Georgia R.L.S. No. 2516, which is recorded in Plat Book 15, Pages 293-296, Clerk s Office, Jones County Superior Court and incorporated herein by reference. Said Lot 6 has the metes, bounds, courses, distances and dimensions as shown on said plat. Said property is conveyed subject to the Southern Natural Gas Company easement, the Georgia Natural Gas easement, the building setback lines, the drainage easements, and all other matters set forth on the plat. Said property is also conveyed subject to the Declaration of Protective Covenants for Jones Crossing, Phase 4 recorded in Deed Book 389, Pages 661-670, Clerk s Office Jones County Superior Court, which Protective Covenants are specifically incorporated herein by reference.
