NOTICE OF SALE<br /><br />UNDER POWER<br /><br />GEORGIA, SCHLEY COUNTY<br /><br /> By virtue of the power of sale contained in a Security Deed from Joe L. Miller to Alliance Funding Company, Division of Superior Bank, FSB dated October 2, 1998 recorded in Deed Book RRR, Page 238, Schley County Records, and last assigned to U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association as Trustee for certificateholders of EMC Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-A, Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-A, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of SIXTY-TWO THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND 00/100 ($62,100.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, before the Courthouse door of Schley County, Georgia, during the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday, September 4, 2012 the following described property, to wit:<br /><br /> All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 102 of the 30th Land District of Schley County, Georgia, and consisting of 1.294 acres all or more fully shown on Plat of Survey prepared by Paul H. Johnson Registered Surveyor No. 2091 dated September 8, 1998 recorded Plat Book 7, Page 135, Clerk of Schley Superior Court which plat is incorporated into the document by express reference thereto. This is the same property conveyed to Ralph Lee McKenzie by deed recorded Deed Book GG, Page 621, Schley County Deed Records.<br /><br /> The Debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of nonpayment of the indebtedness when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, the sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of sale, as provided in the Security Deed and by law, including attorney fees, notice of intent to collect attorney fees having been given.<br /><br /> Said property will be sold subject to any outstanding ad valorem taxes, any assessments, liens, encumbrances, zoning ordinances, restrictions, covenants, and matters of record superior to the Security Deed first set out above.<br /><br /> To the best knowledge and belief of the undersigned, the party in possession of the property Joe L.
