DEED TO SECURE DEBT

COUNTY OF BARTOW
BY VIRTUE OF THE POWER OF SALE contained in the Deed to Secure Debt given by Gator Nest Egg, LLC, dated February 29,2008, and recorded March 6, 2008, in Deed Book 2275, Page 564, as assigned by The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as receiver for Bartow County Bank to Hamilton State Bank recorded in Bartow County Georgia records, being given to secure a loan note dated February 29, 2008, in the original principal amount of $41,790.50, as amended and renewed, will be sold at public outcry for cash to the highest bidder before the Courthouse door of Bartow County, Georgia, between the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in February, 2013, by Hamilton State Bank, as attorney-in-fact for Gator Nest Egg, LLC, the following described property:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 100 of the 5th District and 3rd Section of Bartow County, Georgia, and being Lot 57, Dogwood Estates, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 199, Clerk's Office, Superior Court of Bartow County, Georgia, to which plat reference is hereby made and incorporated herein. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due and payable because of non-payment of monthly installments on said loan note.
Said property will be sold subject to the following encumbrances.
(1) Outstanding ad valorem taxes and/or assessments, if any, and all prior encumbrances of record.
To the best of the undersigned's knowledge and belief: the party/parties in possession of the property is/are Gator Nest Egg, LLC.
