NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER, HENRY COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Edward C. Harper and Robyn A. Harper to Norwest Mortgage, Inc., dated 3/19/1999 and recorded in Deed Book 3238 Page 288, Henry County, Georgia records; as last transferred to Wells Fargo Bank, NA, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $161,180.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Henry County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on January 2, 2013 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday), the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, WITH HOUSE AND ALL OTHER IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON, LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 82 OF THE 7TH DISTRICT OF HENRY COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING LOT 39 OF WYNNFIELD PLANTATION, UNIT TWO AS SHOWN ON PLAT OF WYNNFIELD PLANTATION-UNIT TWO, PREPARED BY A.E. VAUGHN, REGISTERED LAND SURVEYOR NO. 1629, DATED JUNE 25, 1996 AND RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 189, HENRY COUNTY RECORDS. THE DESCRIPTION OF SAID PROPERTY AS CONTAINED ON SAID PLAT IS HEREBY INCORPORATED HEREIN AND MADE AN ESSENTIAL PART HEREOF BY REFERENCE.
