PURSUANT TO O.C.G.A. 16-13-49(n)

TO: WILLIAM CURTIS BRADFORD AND STEPHANIE LAFREDA SMITH of 1120 MORELAND DRIVE, LOT 23, WATKINSVILLE, GEORGIA 30677 AND ALL OTHER OWNERS AND INTEREST HOLDERS OF THE SEIZED PROPERTY

TAKE NOTICE On January 4, 2013, Corporal Victor Green of the Oconee County Sheriff Office and other law enforcement officials seized marijuana, cocaine, one (1) AWS digital scale, one (1) Tanita digital scale, packaging materials, and One Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Six Dollars ($1366.00) in U.S. currency (hereinafter he defendant property at 1120 Moreland Drive, Lot 23, Watkinsville, Oconee County, Georgia.

The defendant property was directly or indirectly used or intended for use to facilitate a violation of O.C.G.A. 16-13-30 and/or is proceeds derived or realized therefrom and/or was found in close proximity to marijuana and controlled substances and/or other property which is subject to forfeiture pursuant to the provisions of O.C.G.A. 16-13-49(d).

AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the owner or interest holder may file a claim against the defendant property within thirty (30) days after the second publication of this Notice in a newspaper of general circulation in Clarke County by sending the claim to the seizing law enforcement agency listed below and to the District Attorney for the Western Judicial Circuit, 325 East Washington Street, Room 370, Athens, Georgia 30601 by certified mail or statutory overnight delivery, return receipt requested.
