Pursuant to O.C.G.A. Sec. 16-14-4, any person claiming an interest in the following property is hereby notified that on November 3, 2011, said property was seized by officers of the Camden County Sheriff_s Office from Victor Bernard Boyd and Dwight Lewis Harden: $88,210.00 in United States currency. The conduct giving rise to said seizure was as follows: On November 3, 2011, in Camden County, Georgia, said property was used or intended for use to facilitate a violation of O.C.G.A. Sec. 16-4-4 and/or was proceeds derived or realized therefrom.

You are further notified that you may file a claim within thirty (30) days of the second publication of this Notice of Seizure by sending the claim by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the District Attorney and to the seizing agency at the addresses shown below.
