NOTICE OF SEIZURE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY

VALUED AT LESS THAN $25,000.00

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. Sec. 16-13-49, any person claiming an interest in the following property is hereby notified that on May 26, 2012, said property was seized by officers of the Darien Police Department from Rick B. Long: One (1) 2006 Saturn VUE, VIN 5GZCZ33DX6S845825; and One (1) Glock 23, Serial No. NPS478 with 15 round magazine. The conduct giving rise to said seizure was as follows: On May 26, 2012, in McIntosh County, Georgia, said property was used or intended for use to facilitate a violation of O.C.G.A. Sec. 16-13-49 and/or was proceeds derived or realized there from.

You are further notified that you may file a claim within thirty (30) days of the second publication of this Notice of Seizure by sending the claim by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the District Attorney and to the Seizing agency at the addresses shown below.
