TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 15th day of February, 2013:
All of that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City of Darien, McIntosh County, Georgia, containing 0.25 acres, being on the east side of the Old River Road about mile from the Courthouse in Darien, and bounded now or formerly as follows: north by lands of Lillie Mungin; east by lands of Edna Rogers; south by Old River Road; and west by Susie Miller. Being further described as that same property conveyed from Susie Miller, widow of G.W. Miller, deceased to Joseph Butler and Gloria L. Butler by deed dated February 10, 1970, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of McIntosh County, Georgia in Deed Book 51, Page 444.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 6th day of September 2011, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of McIntosh County, Georgia, in Deed Book 556 Page 572.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 15th day of February, 2013, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the following:
