In Re: Juvenile Court Judge Appointment 2013

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. 15-11-18(d)(3), please take notice that the term of the Juvenile Court Judge of the Piedmont Judicial Circuit expires December 31, 2012, and the judge is subject to appointment or reappointment by order of the Superior Court Judges to a four (4) year term beginning January 1, 2013.

Juvenile Court Judges must be at least thirty years of age, have been a citizen of the State of Georgia for three years, and have practiced law for five years. Inquiries regarding this notice should be directed in writing to any of the Superior Court Judges on or before November 1, 2012.

Let the Clerks of the Superior Courts of the Piedmont Judicial Circuit cause this notice to be published in the legal organ of each of the counties of the Piedmont Judicial Circuit in accordance with law, beginning during the month of August 2012 and continuing monthly thereafter for a total of three months.
