Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Lee Wilson to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., dated August 4, 2003, recorded in Deed Book 471, Page 93, Pike County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to M&T Bank by assignment to be recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Pike County, Georgia Records,conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of eighty-two thousand and 0/100 dollars ($82,000.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Pike County, Georgia within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in September, 2012, the following described property: \

EXHIBIT \'93A\'94 All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 201 of the 9th Land District of Pike County, Georgia containing 3.58 acres, more or less, and being more specifically shown and designated as Lot 9 on that certain plat of survey entitled \'93Final Plat of: Southern Estates Phase 2\'94, prepared by Terra Services, Inc., on September 17, 1997, a copy of said plat being recorded in Plat Book 14, page 233, Pike County records, which said plat, together with the courses, distances, metes and bounds as shown thereon with respect to said lot is incorporated in and made a part of this description by reference.
