PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 14 day of November, 2012, ERIC RAJAH-ANDREW FLETCHER, filed a Petition in the Superior Court of Barrow County, Georgia seeking a name change from ERIC RAJAH-ANDREW FLETCHER to RAJAH GHANY, JR. Any interested or affected party has the right to appear and file objections. At the expiration of thirty (30) days from the filing of the Petition, upon proof of publication, and if no objection is filed, the Court shall proceed to hear and determine all matters raised by said Petition.
