Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by EVERETT E. PRICE, JR. and NATALIE R. PRICE to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC, as nominee for QUICKEN LOANS INC., dated January 24, 2007, recorded in Deed Book 1276, Page 833, Barrow County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., not in its individual or banking capacity, but solely as Trustee for the Residential Mortgage Trust 2008-R2 by assignment recorded in Deed Book 1596, Page 724, Barrow County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of ONE HUNDRED EIGHT THOUSAND AND 0/100 DOLLARS ($108,000.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Barrow County, Georgia within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in March, 2013, the following described property: Tax ID Number: XX13-1A-005

Land situated in the City of Statham in the County of Barrow in the State of GA

All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 1742nd District, G.M., Barrow County, Georgia, being Lot 5, Block A, Providence Place Subdivision, as shown by plat and survey entitled final plan for Providence Place, prepared by W.T. Dunahoo and Associates, Inc., certified by W.T. Dunahoo, GRLS No. 1577, dated November 24, 1999, recorded in Plat Book 51, Page 116, Barrow County, Georgia Records, which plat and the recording thereof are hereby incorporated herein by reference for a more detailed description of the property.

The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in Security Deed and by law, including attorney s fees (notice of intent to collect attorney s fees having been given).
